Dr. Brienne “Satya” Glyttov: Hypnotherapist, Master in NLP, Yoga Acharya, Reiki Master/Energy Medicine Healer, Designer, and Artist

Brienne Glyttov holds a PhD in Hypnotherapy from American Pacific University in Honolulu, Hawaii. She also holds degrees in Psychology and in Modern Foreign Languages from Antioch University in Los Angeles. Before studying for her PhD, she graduated as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (with honors) from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California.

Brienne began practicing yoga and meditation in 1968 and is a “Yoga Acharya” (“Master of Yoga”), trained and certified through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta organization – which also bestowed upon her her spiritual name of “Satya.” Through Sivananda, she has taken the TTC (Teacher’s Training Course) in the Bahamas, the ATTC (Advanced Teacher’s Training Course) in Quebec, Canada, as well as various “Sadhana Intensives” (intensive spiritual retreats) in India.

Brienne has been practicing hypnotherapy and teaching reiki, yoga, and meditation throughout the world for the last 10 years, in places like California, Hawaii, Canada, the Bahamas, Paris, Sweden, and India. Before that, she worked for over 23 years as a Costume Designer in the motion picture industry in Hollywood. She has received multiple Emmy nominations for Best Costume Design.

Brienne also holds a private pilot’s license.
